What’s included in our fully furnished rentals? We operate on a one check system. This means all amenities such as utilities, gas, wifi, trash, and maintenance for lawn and snow removal is paid for. The place also comes with all furnishings (i.e., kitchen supplies, furniture, TV, etc). Your only responsibility is to write one check each month of your stay.
