We’re Emma & Jaden
We started renovating our 120 year old home in 2018 and developed skills along the way. We didn’t go to school for contracting and design. In fact, Jaden was in law enforcement and is now a stay at home dad & general contractor for Crimson Estates. I work as an online mental health professional & homemaker. In our spare time we made our house a home with simple designs and upgrades.
This passion for homes has always run deep, but it wasn’t until recently that we decided to start-up our business. And on the exact day that our third baby girl was born— we settled a deal on the tiny house next door we like to call Germaine.
Germaine has been our canvas and a chance for us to showcase our abilities. Jaden developed skills in framing and we fostered contacts with many local contractors. Germaine is more than a fully furnished rental… we utilized this as a launch for our business.
Our goal is to have many high end fully furnished rentals for families or professionals traveling to and from our growing community. We also want to serve clients who are ready to make a space their own.
Our mission is to create handcrafted homes. Whether on a budget, just needing inspiration, or ready for a full renovation, we are here to help others bring back craftsmanship that blends the era of the home and style of the owner.
Our Style
Have you ever entered an old home and took appreciation for the craftsmanship? Yeah, us too! We believe homes built before 1940 are superior due to the materials and finishes they used. When designing a space, we like to replicate similar styles, colors, and patterns that speak to the decade of the home. If you have a builder grade home that needs character, we can work with that too!
You’ll find a lot of finer details in our designs, such as real stone, hardwoods, quality textiles. However, we understand budgets and can provide options to help embrace what can’t be completely changed.
